Wow. That was so EXTREMELY FAST it was shocking.
From my time of arrival at the place, to time of exit, was precisely 17 minutes. SEVENTEEN MINUTES.
There were no line-ups. I showed up at 10:30 and was complete and gone by 10:47. The digital/automatic height/weight thing also told me I’m a cm taller than I thought and 3 kilos lighter, so overall, it was a good experience! 446rmb at the moment.
The checks included: urine, blood, height/weight, eyesight, a 3 second glance which covered nose/ears/throat, ultrasound, ecg, xray.
PS: for those who may have thought ultrasound is useless for men, it wasn’t, I have a 2.12cm simple cyst in my right kidney, apparently very common.

I’ve had anything from 30 mins to having to return a 2nd day to finish. I think my fastest medical was also around 10:30am when the usual influx of migrant workers had died down. You might have found the sweet spot at Friday 10:30am…
