looking to rent out the master bedroom in my apartment to female only!! The master bedroom is a corner view unit, roughly 26sqm and you have your own private washroom inside the room.

rest of the house is fully furnished (foreign style furniture); kitchen has all items including oven and coffee machine.

area- Gaoxin district, tianfu 2nd street. Beautiful, newly built garden (Arcadia Court) and has supermarket (Iko Yakoda) and a Starbucks just across the street.

rent-1700/mnth paid bi-monthly
