Renting 1BR Apartment in Jiuyanqiao

Hi. I am a staff in the Chengdu American Center for Studying Abroad. We previously rent three apartments for our professors. Now they have gone back to the U.S. for the winter holiday. So we are now subletting the three apartments.

The apartments for rent are located in Hexinpaidu apartment complex(和信派都), which is located in Jiuyanqiao(九眼桥), near Wangjiang campus of Sichuan University. The bus stops, convenient stores, shopping streets, and cenimas make life much easier for you in Chengdu.
The apartment is 51 square meters (549 square feet) in size, including a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. It is well furnished, equipped with a bed, a wardrobe, a TV set, a refrigerator, air-conditioning, sofas, a laundry machine, a gas stove, a microwave oven, and a water heater.

The apartment is available from December 26th 2013 to February 12th 2014. Rent is 70 RMB per day, 2100 per month. A minimum renting time of 7days is required.
