Buy a yoghurt maker; even the 40 kuai ones work fine. use shop-bought yoghurt as your starter culture (about 50 ml to 900 ml milk). Not 100% fat free, but pretty good, or you can buy the starter culture too. Awesome source of protein. of course, you wanna sue low-fat milk.

Re: veggies: i hope you guys are soaking them for at least twenty minutes to remove the nasty stuff. use a dishwashing liquid that’s safe for this. The Amway one is good and safe
