    Handicapped pup, Bert, was found wandering the streets of Chengdu. The Mutt Scouts in LA can get Bert rehabilitation for his legs and find him a home. Bert needs a foster home with a responsible and patient person or reliable organization until late April/early May when he will be healthy enough to travel. Also looking for someone traveling to the LA area in late April/early May who could take Bert along. Bert’s ticket and paperwork will be covered.
