    I need to obtain an affidavit to send home.

    In a nutshell, I need to have a letter made legal and official.

    Any ideas where to start?

    Try your consulate or embassy ?

    The one in Chengdu doesn’t do it, I have been told…..

    I guess I need to see a lawyer. Sounds expensive!
