I do understand, my question is quite boring and there gonna be bunch of newbies posting like me, but any suggestions for trusted agency or any sorce for renting a flat? We need 2 bedroom appartament. 2 rooms in the big friendly house would be even better. Location is not very important, as we do not have some workplace where to go every day, just it should be somewhere near the center, not too far..

I would sooo highly appreciate any suggestions, as googling did not bring me up to any interesting results. Prices online are way higher then they are supposed to be in reality 🙂

In my experience you will have a hard time finding an apartment with the regular agencies if you’re only staying for 2 or 3 months. Most landlords don’t like that, too much hazzle for them.

But there’s something they call “hotel apartment” (not sure what the exact chinese is), apartments that you can rent by the day, month… Have seen one on ChuanXi Lu, but don’t know about the name/prices
