Arrange company meetings in Chengdu

Hi,

Next week I’m coming to Chengdu for 1 month to conduct a research project from Leiden University, the Netherlands. We want to investigate the investment climate here for heavy and oversized goods. The core of our research is to figure out what logistical difficulties or bottlenecks companies face with their logistics of heavy and oversized goods to and from Chengdu (and from or to Europe and the US).

To investigate this my team and I want to arrange meetings with companies that produce heavy and/or oversized equipment. We have arranged a fair amount of things already, but I truly hope this community can help us as well with extra information. Do you know interesting companies with which we can arrange meetings? Or can you tell how best to arrange these meetings? Contact companies by phone or email?
