We are leaving China late DECEMBER and we want to rent out our apartment. Its in Linshiguan Lu, right after the american embassy or Polycenter. Its a new apartment complex with awesome furniture already provided.
– It has one kitchen
– A big bathroom
– A big living room with a flat screen tv and comfortable couches
– WiFi is already installed
-Balcony with amazing view
Its 3 bedrooms, one is Occupied by our friendly and helpful Chinese guy who speaks great english and the other two is available. One room is available Late December and other room is available Early next year…….dates are flexible.
HERE IS THE REAL CATCH, ITS 3500RMB for 3 months, meaning 1170 RMB/month. Yes we have an amazing landlady.

Yes, it,s a price for a single room. But the payment should be done for 3 months, so it means 3 500 rmb till end of February.
