Career Change in Chengdu?

I am flirting with the idea of a career change. I was born and raised in Chengdu and educated in America at a young age. After graduating with a B.A. in Economics, Chinese, Psychology, I began working for the U.S. government doing planning for new office construction and major repair and alteration. I have primary experiences in:

-Master planning for campus with multiple buildings

– Obtaining funding for the construction of large office buildings (500,000 square feet or above)

-Evaluating design proposals and business proposals

-Managing a multi-million dollar investment account for repair and alteration of existing buildings

On the technical side, I am a wizard at  Microsoft products and awesome at Google Sketchup and Autocad.

My ideal job would be working for an international firm that would allow me to travel between China and America. Do you think there’s any prospect for someone with my experience and language skills?
