    Hello

    I have just arrived in Chengdu, and I only have some USA dollars, and I was wondering if anyone knows anyplace that I could exchange it in the weekend? Like a hotel or something. The banks have all closed for the weekend.

    many branches of the bank of china will open at the weekend

    Hello

    Thank you, I figured out that the Bank of China is open on a Saturday. Crisis averted!

    Outside the old bank of China opposite the Crown Plaza Hotel. Lots of black market guys, but you get a better exchange rate than the banks

    I think that banks will be open on weekend, but no foreign currency exchange business in bank on weekend.
