Chengdu Dance Moves

A little related to the “Best Clubs in Chengdu” but not really.

What are some of the funny/funky/cool??? dance moves you’ve found while clubbing or at bars in Chengdu?

Here are some of the ones I’ve noticed. I took the liberty of naming them too.

1) Redrover: People hold hands and swing them like they are playing Redrover.

2) The Mime: Two persons put their hands up like patty-cake and circle them around like a mime playing with a mirror.

3) Shovel/Plow: Bring your arms into an “L” shape. Keeping the same form, swing them forwards and backwards until you look like a machine.

4) Baby Bump: Put both arms forward. Keeping them straight and stiff, lift and bring down to the beat.

I’m a horrible dancer, but I often find myself in the middle of a Cypher too, here in Chengdu. Actually, today some guy even came up to me and kept asking to have a dance battle with me. Dude, I can’t dance! (Please leave me alone. T.T)
