    Hello everybody,

    in March/April 2015 i will be visiting Chengdu (with a short trip to Tibet). it is my frist time in China and i would be glad to get some insider tips on getting around Chengdu and China (with a beginner-knowledge of Mandarin) and – as a frenetic hobby cook  – maybe some special food-addict places (like Ming Ting).

    read a lot of lonely planet, rough guides and web-blogs, but it would be great to get some contacts/infos from you guys and girls 🙂

    anybody knows about the job situation for (german) web-programmers (html, css, php, mysql, javascript, jquery, TYPO3 CMS, Joomla, WordPress, software/database developer) in Chengdu?

    Hi,

    Welcome! Just ask any questions you have and you will probably get answers. Chengdu is easier to figure out now than ever, there’s a lot of English language content on many different facets to living/working here.
