    Easy question, difficult answer. What’s the best way to get a tourist visa to India in China? Is there any way to do it in Chengdu?

    You can get it in Beijing, Guangzhou, or Shanghai. I’m not sure about Chengdu though, apparently India has third party services which handle visas. Check out this site.
