Kinda long shot but checking if anyone would like to rent the apartment I’ve been renting for over two years. Leaving it end of this month which is quite soon. Genuinely really happy with everything about this apartment.
I like the location, it’s a great community and the building and everything is properly maintained. The apartment is 67 square metres, have many big windows. Located next to the river with several nice parks within few minutes walk. A new Carrefour will open up nearby. Lots of great food downstairs.
It’s located off 高攀路(gaopan road) outside 2nd ring road south of Sichuan university. The rent is 2800 which is lower than the current rents in the community(last time I checked). Two bedroom apartment.
