    It depends on what you are looking for but the most common size you will gonna find is 2 br apartments (70-120 sq. m). Uusually it ranges from 3000 to 5000+ in this area. You can find cheaper rents but the standard might not be very high.

    Also, Tongzilin has a high concentration of expats so rents tend to be more expensive in this area than in other areas in Chengdu such as Yulin.
