    Hi, I’m David, and I’m in Chengdu for vacation. I’m bilingual–able to speak Eng and Madarin. Apparently, I do not have any Chinese friends. So, I’m wondering if anyone can tell me where are some cool places for Eng speakers. Much appreciated!

    Hello David, welcome to Chengdu ! Here are some expat places that I know : Shamrock (if you like soccer it’s good place), Bookworm, Lazy Pug (good american food)…

    Is Bookworm a bookstore or is it a place where ppl can hang out?

    It’s both, it’s a bookstore/coffee shop/restaurant with free wifi. Definitely worth visiting.
