    ele.me is crazy popular; we can’t turn around in Chengdu lately without tripping over one of those blue bikes. Very impressed with how their website is set up too. You can find the closest places and it updates in real time if they are busy and not delivering. Da zhong is another major delivery player.

    I have tried all of these apps, I basically do what the person in the article describes: browse all of them for the best deals. What’s happening in that space is similar to Uber and 弟弟出行 – bitter competition between well-funded rivals that benefits the consumer. Pretty amazing to have food delivery be made this easy, but I think that using all of the popular apps described in the article requires some Chinese reading skills.
