Looking for a Roommate in South Chengdu

Hello! I rented two-story apartment with a garden/balcony area. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big living room, dining area and kitchen. The apartment is modern and cozy, and has good views. There are lots of restauraunts and shops nearby.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from Ren Min Nan Lu, Tong Zi Lin Subway Station and near Sichuan uni. It’s close to some big supermarkets like Carrefour, Auchan, IKEA.

I’m a Chinese Mandarin teacher, easy going. If you like, we can speak English or Chinese at home. The other roommate is a very nice guy from the US. We like clean and tidy, and we cook at home everyday.

Now we are looking for a roommate for the third room. Hope we can find someone who’s also nice and clean. Then here can be a happy family. The rent is around 1700rmb/month.
