Looking for quality house cleaners

Is anyone here aware of a decent cleaning service in Chengdu, preferably English speaking?

My experience so far has been that 2 tired looking old folk show up with maybe a bucket, and some filthy rags, only to spend the whole time doing half arsed ‘wax on, wax off’ motions on randomly chosen surfaces, leaving any remotely hidden areas (including those under shadow) untouched. Whilst I find this highly comical, and recommend you try it at least once, preferably whilst intoxicated, I would much sooner find someone familiar with the concept of ‘clean’.
