What kind of monitor does this come with? I assume this is one of the Dell’s pre-configured for Linux that doesn’t come with a Windows license?

Looks like a reasonable deal considering it includes the monitor and VPN access. Lastly, is your asking price 1,500 as in the title or 1,800?
