    I have been asked to help setup a WFOE for a startup web company. They are about to receive some investment cash and want to setup in China. Not sure where to start, anyone have much experience with this?

    Agree, that is exactly who you should contact. I just got off the phone with Nick! Very knowledgeable and friendly, plus speaks fantastic English.
