Hi, I am Taryn. I manage a real estate agency and have a lots of apartments to rent in Chengdu.

I want to tell you I have 2 apartments can be short term rentals in the Jin Niu Wanda Plaza district of Chengdu.

It very close RenMin Road North MTR stop. And evrything is very easy to get there.

It’s new, and 78sqm with 2 bedrooms. This apartment rental is 6,500RMB with one month. but it is including management fee, gas fee, water fee, electricity fee, internet fee. And there has all full furniture, bed sheets, pan, tableware.

The best is the owner can help to change and cleaning the bed sheets once per week, if you need, she can help to cleaning the apartment once per week. So you just need pay this rental only, you can got a nice apartment for short term.

It is better than a hotel, just like your home.  But at least rent for one month.

Oh, you need pay 1,000 rmb for my agent fee if you rent this apartment.
