Fully equiped (bed, couch, fridge, freezer, coffeetable, nighttables, kitchenstuff, flatscreen tv, …), good heaters and airco both upstairs and downstairs.

On the 17th floor (nice view of the city) of a new compound: clean, safe and in good shape.

Location very convenient:

– Next to First Ring Road (bus 12, 34, 45, 153, 904, …)

– Close to Renmin nan lu (metro stop: Sichuan Gymnasium)

– 7 min bike ride away from Sichuan University

– Next to Trust Mart (where you can buy EVERYthing!)

– Cosy neighbourhood with a lot of great small restaurants and bars (close to little bar, machu picchu, bookworm, …)

Looking to sublet for 2 months, if you want to stay longer you can extend the contract with the landlord.

Rent: 2000RMB a month / 1 month deposit / no agency fee (!)

We are ready to move out whenever you want to move in (just give us 1 day notice)
