I’ve been looking at : http://www.amazon.com/Sigma-150-500mm-Telephoto-Digital-Cameras/dp/B001542X6E/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1392183385&sr=8-1&keywords=sigma+telephoto for a telephoto and this for a general purpose: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00G6K4XZG/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_S_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=1VUCRZJOFU6A6&coliid=I1QDAGQ20HGNPL Though checking out my amazon wishlist I do see that lens you recommended, I think I’ve had a few others suggest that to me. I might have to go with that.
yea, that depends, if you want a long lens, 18-35 is not fit for you, but if you want to do photos “artistically”, 18-35 is better, with a fixed f1.8 aperture is really good, and it got a very high score on DXO. mapped to full frame, it covered 28-56, that means you have an 28f1.8 35f1.8 50f1.8:)
RoyMoParticipantYour photos look awesome. Mailed you
RoyMoParticipantIf you guys do meet up sometime let me know, I’ve had a Canon T2i for about 3 years now and while I’ve figured out how to use most of it I could always go for some tips. I’m hoping to get a new lens this spring so I could use some input!
Sigma 18-35f1.8 🙂
