    China telecom let my debt hit 320. Gas company cut me at 18. That’s cold-hearted that is…no love from Chengdu Gas…

    Just when you guys are talking about cutting off supply…it shocked me when I returned to my apartment last night to find that water supply had been turned off!

    I definitely paid my bills…and the WUGUAN had knocked off!

    Luckily the security was able to help, apparently some smarties had turned off my water supply for no reasons at all!!!
