Mianyang surely has more foreigners, some large Chinese companies are headquartered there (Changhong is one, if I’m not mistaken).
wow, Charlie, you’re really know chengdu. all you said is correct. I’ve been deyang many times and also never seen a foreiger there.
Mianyang is the second city after chengdu, and there’re many large international companies, like Lafarg. And a university is located mianyang. so there’re some foreigener in Mianyang.
