    Summer English Teaching Positions Available at a College in Dujiangyan, Sichuan.

    Three-Month Long Summer Intensive English Language Program from May 18th-August 7th.

    Salary of 15,000 Rmb per month, plus Free Housing on campus, or 15,000 Rmb in Salary plus 1,000 Rmb untaxed housing allowance to rent housing off campus.

    25-30 Contact Hours per week.

    This is a U.S. college preparation English program run by an outside company with a team of American academic managers who have created the curriculum and academic systems.

    Students will be graduating from the Dujiangyan College with an Associate’s Degree and then going to the U.S. to complete their Bachelor’s Degree at an American college or university in the Fall.

    As such, North American teachers are preferred (i.e. U.S. Citizens and Canadians), but other Native Speakers of English from the U.K., Australia, or New Zealand will also be considered.

    For those teachers preferring a more long-term employment contract, the opportunity exists to transfer from the Dujiangyan College after its Summer Session ends to another one of our locations in Chengdu in September to complete a full academic year with the following Fall and Spring Semesters.

    Dujiangyan is about 30 minutes- 1 hour drive North from Chengdu city center.

    The Sino-American Elite Program of the Chengdu Meishi International School is currently recruiting full-time English teachers for our Fall Semester starting on September 1, 2014.

    Who we are:

    The Chengdu UEI-Meishi Sino-American Elite Program is a three-year, English language, college prep program for Chinese secondary level students who plan to attend a university in the U.S. The program is a joint venture between the American-owned and managed company United Education Investments (UEI) and the Chengdu Meishi International School located in the city of Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan province, China. UEI’s American management team has a combined 25 years experience in education and in China. We use the highest quality, cutting edge course materials and teacher resources imported from overseas. Our classroom facilities are furnished with high-tech, audio-visual equipment. We have a non-intensive program following a five-month semester schedule with classes that are normally scheduled on weekdays from Monday – Friday. Teachers usually have weekends free for sightseeing, R&R, etc.

    American High School English Program Needs Teachers

    The Sino-American Elite Program of the Meishi International School is currently looking for experienced teachers who are native speakers of North American English and have at least a Bachelor’s degree.

    We need one full-time teacher for our Monday-Friday program courses that meet from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Compensation and benefits package is worth 12,000 – 14,000 Rmb per month depending on experience and educational qualifications.

    We also need a part-time teacher on Saturdays for 8 hours per day to teach an IELTS test preparation course at an hourly rate of 200 Rmb per hour.

    U.S. College Prep Program in Chengdu Needs Teachers

    The Sino-American Elite Program is operated and managed by the U.S. company United Education Investments on the campus of the Chengdu Meishi International School.

    Our mission is to prepare Chinese high school students for study abroad at a university in the United States.

    We are currently looking to hire full-time English teachers for our Spring Semester, which begins on Monday February 17, 2014.

    Applicants must be native speakers of English with a university Bachelor’s Degree and at least one year previous teaching experience.

    The compensation package ranges from 12,000 to 14,000 Rmb per month depending on work experience and educational level.

    We will also provide a work permit, Z work visa, and residence permit free of charge.
