So I ended up ordering one on taobao, and it just got here today. 🙂

The seller had a sale for CNY, so I paid 978rmb for Kindle paperwhite wifi + charger + protective screen + leather cover + delivery fee.

And I chose the “pay on delivery” option, so it took a little longer than usual (about 5-6 days), but the guy was OK and let me open the box and check everything was inside before paying!

Thanks for the offer, but I think I’ll just buy one on taobao.

Everything I’ve ordered in the past few months took weeks and weeks to get there, I don’t know if I can wait that long!

I will keep you guys updated on how it goes. Just need to put money on my taobao account, and pick a seller!

I was looking for some info about buying a Kindle, and stumbled on this thread. I was wondering if any of you ended up ordering one on taobao.

If you were satisfied with it, can you tell me who you bought it from? There are so many kindle sellers on taobao, it’s hard to know which one to pick.

I might also be interested if anyone wants to sell their old kindle.
