No need to be in China if you are freelancing, if you want to apply for the full time job then yes, you would need to be based of chengdu, and work from our office.

So first of all:
it helps if they speak English but its not required.
This can be a freelance or full time job, depending on the candidate. If a full time job, then it would be a salaried position. If a free lance job, then paid per hour.
Salary depends on the quality of the candidates work and would discuss with the applicant.
The job will be for a variety of subjects, from advertising to, games, to website creation.
I have owned three bamboo frames so far, all built by these guys.
The first I broke riding it to hard, but to be fair it was a show frame and not to be ridden. It lasted a while, it had some issues, but thats what you get when you ride something that is not supposed to be ridden. I still loved it.
Second frame I destroyed in a head on collision with a motorbike. It was a sad moment, both because I had to go to the Hospital, never a pleasant experience in China, and because the frame was damn comfortable and wonderful.
The third one is my current bike . I ordered it the same day I broke the second one. I got patched up at the hospital and went straight to their shop. Motherfuckers keep on improving their building techniques.

All I have to say its that they are awesome bikes. And bamboo is awesome for frames!
Another Dojo event! Fuck yeah!
It is a rare thing to keep on improving something that is already freaking awesome, but here we are again with another Dojo event and another night (or day if you are one of the wonderful guests that pass out on any available surface and spends the night) of fun!
Oh yeah!
Crazy ass party indeed! Indeed the turnout was insane, but more insane was the consumption rates, I still cannot believe that all the booze was drunk before the party was over and that a hell of a lot of people still kept going when we had a dry bar, that is a proper party spirit!
Oh yeah I forgot to add this… just like you will forget the jungle juice if you have too much of it:

Music, beer, deep fried Oreos? Hell yeah. Panninis and Pizza? Of course! And can we forget the Jungle Juice? Well… if you drank too much of it then yes.
To anybody who is interested (and doesn’t feel like passing out in a dark corner of the house like one of the lost children, which by the way you are welcome to do), morning bar will have 6 bunk beds ready and a queen bed for that night going for about 40rmb.
