Have you considered HSBC? They have have a presence on the east coast in the U.S. and they mostly a world bank. I found it easy to obtain a credit card from them, and I have several accounts with them. U.S. based and overseas accounts. As far as money transfers. As mentioned above, Western Union is the best. Not a lot of red tape and it is quick. I do know HSBC has a presence in China, but not sure if they are in Chengdu.

It depends on how much you like animals. It is like taking care of a child. Require lots of care and attention. I prefer getting an older dog. You have to train the puppy to take care of business outside. You have to worry about it ripping up couch cushions and destroying your stuff. They are indeed cute. I would invest in a kennel if you do not already have one. You can’t leave a puppy at home alone unsecured. Also do not forget about grooming depending on the kind of puppy you have.

My preferred protein is BSN’s Syntha 6 and Optimum Nutrition’s Nitrocore 24. I prefer several sources of protein to last me over an extended period of time. Helps with hunger and muscle recovery over an extended period of time. As previously said I would try to get my protein from food sources, but when you can’t these are excellent alternatives. You should get 1 gram of protein per lb of LEAN body mass, not per lb in general.

I too agree on the condoms. Especially if you have latex allergies. Lifestyles and Trojan makes a great Polyisoprene condom that is good quality. Depending on the kind of wine you like, California wine is great wine. Supplements you may want to grab too would be multivitamins and protein supplements. I would also pick up a fragrance if you are into smelling good.

I have seen it and I thought it was good. It was rather long I must say. I thought the effects were standard Michael Bay and they were good. I really enjoyed the 3-D effects. I have seen a couple different 3-D movies, and kinda feel 3-D is a passing gimmick, but in Transformers 3 is was great. I definitely feel this is a must see if you have not seen it yet.
