I just move to a diffrent apartment recently .I have called a clean company ,I got their card under my door.They constanly put the card under my old apartment door , quite annoying every time when i go back home always have a card there.
So when I move to new place I decide I make a call to this clean company, the receptionest is a sweet voice. Next day come to my apartment was a boy. He don’t have basic skill to clean smoke extractor just after 10mintues of working he hurt his fingers, it’s bleeding, so i have to hurry find out band-aid to help him. after another 10 mintues he said this smoke extractor is too old for clean, then i said it’s ok I can throw this smoke extractor away and buy new one. So can you clean the wall of bathroom? he said he can, so he use another 10 mintues to clean the wall of bathroom. I pay 60yuan for all of this. the price for clean smoke extractor we disscuss before.
After he leave when wall of bathroom dry. I just find out it’s still dirty!!!
the next day I call this company again same boy coming. I ask him reclean the wall of bathroom . He said it’s alredy done yesterday he refuse to do it again, I was really angry, so I ask him leave.
then I do all the work!
Is this a bad story? yes it is! I already give up：）

There building which have wuguan then you need pay the electric/water/parking bills at wuguan. Pay time is beginning of every month. If you didn’t pay on time will be ok, because the wuguan put you on debt for a while, so it is happen some people didn’t pay their electric and water bills for a years. It’s not so big problem for delay.
But gas need to go special store at the street. wuguan don’t take gas bills. The gas need to pay at every two month, actually there will be have a staff from gas company come to your house to take a record about how many gas you have been used. The store for pay gas bill it’s called 社区便民电超市（community coveniet electric store)This is place you can put money for cell phone and buy cell phone cards and pay bill for gas and electric everything.
if you don’t pay gas in 30 days after you have got that note from gas company glue on your door, the gas will be cut off. And also each day the debt will grow… so finally it would be a huge number!!! The called late fee.
That is for buildings have wuguan
But if you lived at old apartment without wuguan .Then is different.Water bills pay at the doorman at the beginning of every month. Electric and gas bills pay at 便民电超市。
But I know some building already have electric bill self-pay machine at first floor of each 单元。So you need to take electric card(you get this card from the owner of the house) go to 便民电超市 put lots of money in it ! Maybe1000RMB? So every month you just need to put card in the self-pay machine, then it will be done.
For internet bill is you put money in advance, when money run off the company will inform you once, but if you still not coming to pay it, this account will be canceled.

I also don’t think Chinese will stay at home, they will only stay one night in the home, rest week everywhere is jam.
I reamber last year when I go to EMei mountain at 初一（New Year’s Day ） that was a nightmare the whole highway turn to a big parking lot.
I suggest you fly to 南宁 then go to Vietnam, warm weather and have some seafood…much better than stay at Chengdu. 🙂
