if you know what element fresh was like in Shanghai before it blew up, that might be a good concept — fresh healthy as organic as possible. look and see what kind of organic sourcing options we have in chengdu …. oops did i just come up with a post idea?

there is a spot near the new Little bar, back where Yong Feng Lu hits the overpass, to the left if you are headed south. Little coffee bar, cheap, not crowded, cute efficient girl who doesn’t giggle behind the counter, pricey coffee that tastes pretty good. fast connection. i went there to avoid distraction. worked.

strange, your company should not only do it for you, but they should pay for it. when i was in BJ, the company paid 6k RMB for my visa extension at the time — expensive as hell, but those were different times. I am not sure what the company is like, but if they can’t get someone who speaks english, cant get you a visa and most likely will balk at paying for it, you might wanna keep yer eyes WIDE OPEN …. you could be teaching sooner than you think.

all good man, girly man gyms are not the norm, most places have great weight selections. Yulin Life Plaza used to have a great one on the second or third floor, I am sure its still there. let us know here if it is and do a review 😉

i am not in chengdu anymore sigh but yeah that court is dope. On the south side of first ring road, across from the outdoor sports outlets (and the stadium) is a small building with courts. the sichuan youth team, provincial team all practice there. if you are coming north off of ren min lu and take a right onto first ring, it will be about 100m down on your right hand side. white bldg. ugly.

Raising a Child in Chengdu: Breastfeeding

its about breastfeeding and all i can say is that the milk powder companies are so serious about selling their goods and creating Chinese women with no confidence in their bodies that they are even messing with CL’s Baby series. Punks!

a price? i think if you want one it would be best to join up. we have a location already now in San Sheng Xiang — a big country style house with a courtyard and dorms. we are currently painting, fixing etc.

if anyone is interested in learning more, drop a line, ask a questions.

please feel free to contact me about anything here or any of the other ladies that have posted here. this summer we will be opening a small tea house/play house for the Mamanet mothers and children. so far the plan seems to be every weekend a group of moms will come through and spend the afternoon hanging out. i live outside the city a bit, about 20 minutes by car, in a countryside/flower base area called San Sheng Xiang. If anyone is interested, let me know I can send maps and we will also arrange a car for people too.

    cheers.

We have them, they are called Iron Circles or Wooden Men, depending on the style. the circles are bamboo *in a circle* taped up and the wooden men are posts with arms anda head. My Shifu will be opening up a school in San Sheng Xiang soon …
