    I guess the kind of visa you are holding doesn’t matter. When I got my driver’s license for china I had an F visa. But the rules in this country is changing every minute. Good luck.

    That is not really outside of downtown. I live further south which is almost 50 minutes drive from downtown. We could meet sometime for a coffee or a meal. Have a good day.

    hi, welcome to Chengdu. I got no idea whether there is any kind of foreigner’s gatherings or not here in chengdu. I have been in Chengdu for almost 7 months. I guess going to the bars are the only way how you meet other Lawais, at least in my case tha is how I met people. Good luck.

    Call this lady on her cell phone 13608032639. She only speaks chinese. I have changed some Euros with her some months ago. It is hassle free and the transation can be done so fast. the only thing I was worried about was fake bills. Good luck.

    I felt it and it made me jump out of the bed in the middle of my deep sleep. So i guess it was a strong one. I thought I was kind of dreaming.
